Discover New Trails 2004 Summer Reading Program

Independent program consists of book rating forms and puzzles teens complete to enter weekly prize drawings.  Sample rating slip shown below.  Reading logs provided as keepsakes.

Social programs include: Folding Scrapbook Make It and Take It Craft, Annual MONOPOLY Tournament, Mystery Dinner.

The weekly puzzles include:

"The Library Discovers You!" teen patron survey.

"Discover New Authors" word search.  Teen looks up last names of authors of 12 new young adult titles.

"Discover New Trails" sun face maze.

"Discover New Pastimes" cryptogram quote.

"Discover New Crafts" word scramble announcing folding scrapbook craft program.

"Discover New Technology" multiple choice quiz.  Match the technology to the definition.

"Discover the New Library Catalog" bingo game of catalog searches to complete on the new iPac.

"Discover Your Library" library trivia quiz.
